OBJECTIVE :

To review your ability to adapt your management style to employees and real-life situations

To understand what differentiates management and leadership, the bridges between the two;

To develop a motivating vision for your department in line with the brand's promise to customers and the ambitions of the company;

To identify your strengths and set your sights on progress.

COURSE DURATION AND TIMETABLE :

The course lasts 3 days (21 hours).

GENERAL APPROACH :

Becoming an operational manager by applying the MANEGERE methods.

PREREQUISITE :

Experience of supervising/managing a team.

Aimed at : anyone in a managerial role.
