Foundations of structural analysis
This training allows the listeners to acquire the theoretical knowledge base needed to address specialized formations such as:
- Structural computation by Finite Elements
- Computation of composite structures
- Structural Dynamics
The course is scheduled over 5 days (30 hours).
The course is intended to remind technicians and engineers the basics of calculation of structures by addressing, through targeted tutorials, a broad spectrum of fundamental issues.
The necessary reminders of elasticity and static are presented before approaching the beam pattern and thin structures under combined loads.
Buckling, thermo-elasticity are handled via the beam model. In the last part, the study of structures under harmonic loading is presented:
- For discrete systems
- For beam models.
Training in Strength of Materials at university first cycle level is recommended.
