Management of subcontracting

OBJECTIVE :

This course is intended for all managers (project managers, department heads, and their line management) requiring or likely to require the outsourcing of services (intellectual, production, etc.)

in order to familiarize them with:

  • risks of non-compliance with labor legislation (in-situ subcontracting)
  • the impact and financial risks of outsourcing
  • the risk of dependence of the subcontractor vis-à-vis its client.

COURSE DURATION AND TIMETABLE :

The course lasts 2 days (14 hours).

GENERAL APPROACH :

The training alternates:

  • exploration exercises enabling the learner question their own practice or others'
  • lectures
  • management exercises of real cases, potentially suggested by learners.

PREREQUISITE :

Course level:

Prior experience in subcontracting management enriches discussion but is not essential.
