Raising awareness to the cyberspace
Risks, threats, protection, financial issues...
Cyberspace has grown along with the propagation of digital systems and their connections via the Internet or other networks.
At the same time, the boundaries between usage in the professional and private sectors are blurred, often involving use of the same means (laptops, USB keys, tablets, smart phones).
The aim of the course is to make learners aware of the extent of the domain, the different risks involved and the importance of the human factor. This awareness will be within the context of financial war including financial intelligence and the search for information for corporate strategy purposes, complemented by influential strategic movements.
The principles of data protection will also be discussed.
The course lasts 1 day (7 hours) and includes:
- theory and practical demonstrations of intrusions.
Examples will be given of both nations and companies that enable the support of risk analysis aspects, from the acceptable to the vital for a society.
Organization at the state level will be presented with a focus on France and the United States. The notions of legality and legal variations from one state to another will also be discussed.
It is desirable for learners to have some knowledge of business strategy as well as basic knowledge of IT tools and networks.
