Satellites systems design and engineering

OBJECTIVE :

This course offers a detailed look at satellites design and engineering requirements. All satellites types are included, with emphasis on applications satellites, new systems and market demand. Numerous case studies and examples are used to illustrate important aspects for users and designers. Projections of satellites developments for the next several years are included. Subjects include also descriptions of subsystems. The mission and the launch vehicles constraints, the space environment effects on the design are also analyzed.
