Driving change and techniques for driving change

OBJECTIVE :

This course is for all managerial personnel who are required to lead a change management project.

It will enable them to acquire the theoretical and practical foundations of change management, from analysis to practical implementation.

COURSE DURATION AND TIMETABLE :

The course lasts 3 days (18 hours) and includes :

  • 1 day of analysis, planning and realization
  • 2 days of human management techniques in times of change

GENERAL APPROACH :

It combines the most recent theories with the practice of lecturers and is of particular interest to those leading a change management project or needing to overcome human resistance.The course will alternate between theoretical lectures, exercises, video discussions between participants, and practical cases.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • lead a change management project
  • respond to human reactions and related conflicts
  • effectively use the principal tools for driving important changes

PREREQUISITE :

Course level : Basic

No special knowledge is necessary, just some basic knowledge or practical management experience. This course is for all managerial personnel who need to lead a change management project in any area.
