Architecture of drone systems
This training course is for engineers and technicians interested in the principles involved in the design of aerial drone systems. Learners will discover the operating principles and the main dimensioning elements of the major subsystems involved in drone systems and learn the fundamental issues that arise when these systems have to be implemented in an operational context.
It is based on lectures by (state and industry) designers of drone and operational systems.
The course aims to provide fairly precise and up-to-date knowledge on key elements that are essential to the majority of aerial drone systems. As such, although more specific to engineers or technicians within the industrial sector or official services, it is also useful for civil or military end-users who are required to implement drone systems.
Course level: Basic
Basic scientific knowledge and an initial familiarity with drone systems are desirable. This internship is in addition to training course AED 018 "Drone Systems", more focused on system and operational concepts.

Responsible for engineering segments in information systems.
